WININ Application |

A seasonal challenge or seasonal game that is issued by the mobile Application to target different countries every season. This game is filled with a diverse set of challenges that implies solving riddles inside the 3D maps or other maps. This requires the participating users to be quick at solving the riddles thereof in order to be able to reach the final stages and win the challenge. Whereas, there is always a limited number of winners that is to be determined at the beginning of every challenge. |

By using our services, you’re entrusting us with your information. We recognize the significance of this responsibility, and we “WININ app” will work tooth and nail to protect it.
This Policy aims at helping you to better-understand our collection, use and disclosure of your information through the Applications, as well as the methodology in which we update, delete and extract your information.
By using the "WININ" application, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and agree to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of your information and data in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. Please, refrain from using the “WININ” app if you don’t agree to this Privacy Policy. If you’re a parent or a legal guardian, you’re agreeing to this Privacy Policy on your kid’s (kids’) behalf by merely letting him/her (them) use the “WININ” application.
What are the information we collect about you?
We require some personal data so that the user can get the best experience of using our services. However, if you choose not to share your personal information, you wouldn’t be able to use the Application, its Features and Services.
Information you give us directly
The personal information we collect directly from you include, but not limited to:
Basic Identifiers and Contact Information: Such as the first and last name, your email address, address, postal code and your WININ account.
Media, Content and Other Files: The data and content you share or upload, such as photos (including all the entailed and descriptive data in your media content).
Billing Information: such as your name, payment card number, payment account details. We collect it from your in-app purchase history, and we may process it for the purpose of verifying your account.
Demographic Information: Information about you associated with your personal information, such as your age and/or date of birth, gender, country/region of residence, and hobbies.
Information we automatically collect
We automatically collect some information when you’re using our services, such as:
Identifiers and Device Information: Such as the type of the device you use, operating system, browser, device ID, version number, Internet Protocol (IP address), and other installed apps and software in addition to the type, version, language, settings and configuration of the device. Our website and online services store and retrieve data using the set cookies on Data Usage: Such as the website you were using of which referred you to our website including pages viewed and other interactions with web content.
Approximate Geolocation Data: To better serve you, we may collect your general location to enable our features and present our services in accordance with your current location.
We also need your permission to collect the following information:
Allow access to your contacts to extract information such phone numbers and email addresses; and
Allow access to the camera. Whereas, the application requests permission to open the mobile phone camera for purposes of using the augmented reality in order to enable the user of scanning some icons necessary to continue playing, we do not ask the user for any personal photos or images related to identification documents.
P.S; The camera does not record anything u when you open it.
We derive other information from other data we collect about you, and we may combine it with other personal information to generate information about your potential preferences or other characteristics.
For instance, we derive your general location from your IP address.
In certain cases, we may collect information from third parties. We protect the obtained information from third parties in accordance with the practices described in this policy in addition to any other restraints added by the third party. The third parties include but not limited to:
Mobile phones’ platforms: When purchasing from our applications, we receive information from app stores and other mobile operators about you. Of which, is limited to the User Name and/or the Device ID, as well as whether the purchase order is completed or not. However, there are no other personal or financial information unless you authorize these third parties to provide us with more information.
Service Providers: Third parties are entitled to collect any of the aforementioned information to present the services thereof on our behalf. Including helping us to determine the general location of your device based on its IP address, in order to customize certain products according to your location, and to provide additional security measures to protect our Services.
Social Media Platforms: Whenever the information, including your name, username, and the content you post, is publicly available, we may use this data for purposes such as measuring the public's reaction to WININ's services and products.
What are your Rights and Options for processing your Personal Data?
1- All online platforms (applications - websites – application's accounts on social media platforms with its different content, whether visual or written) are exclusively deemed as original intellectual property of “WININ” application.
2- “WININ” application has the right to publish any advertisements and/or promotional campaigns for any product in the local, regional and/or international markets. However, all online platforms owned by “WININ” are not – by all means – liable for the quality of the products and/ or its nature and/or its effectiveness, and thus, “WININ” application completely disclaims its responsibility for any products and/or content that is published and/or promoted through its online platforms “Application - Websites”. Furthermore, “WININ” application has the right to promote and/or disseminate and/or advertise for any products even if it was for similar types of products that are dispensed by different service providers, and/or the products of which the application itself is dispensing.
3- “WININ” application does not bear any responsibility whatsoever for the relationship of “Users” with each other. Moreover, WININ is not liable for any conversation or interaction that may occur by a third party on the application or its social networking pages.
4- Specifying the relationship: “WININ” application is not liable whatsoever for the relationship of the “users” with the owners of the trademarks or prizes’ sponsors.
5- “WININ” application is very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We do not collect Personal Information, and we employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your Personal and Non-Personal Information from unauthorized access and use. However, please be aware that no security measures that we take to protect your information are absolutely guaranteed to avoid unauthorized access or use of your Personal and Non-Personal Information which is impenetrable. Accordingly, the "WININ" application disclaims its legal, moral and professional responsibility for any unauthorized penetration of the embedded security application system designed to protect your information.
6- The application is not liable whatsoever for any direct and/or indirect interaction between users, nor does the application and/or its management, and/or its embedded crew bear any legal, ethical, professional and/or moral tort as a result of the interaction of visitors and users of the application among themselves.

11- The "WININ" application use data for analytic reasons and statistics to better-understand how our services are used. For instance, we analyze data about your use of the Application to improve our product design.
12- Correspondence: The "WININ" application uses the information we collect, such as your email address, the addresses of the social media platforms you use, and your phone number to initiate a direct interactive communication with you.
13- Managing, reviewing, and updating your information: When you're signed in, you can always review and update your information by visiting the services you use.
14- Cancellation of Membership & Unsubscribing: The management of "WININ" application has the right to send notifications, advertisements and/or promotional campaigns on e-mail, SMS, mobile applications and/or social media notifications. Hence, the user may at his sole discretion stop the notifications and/or unsubscribe. Moreover, the application management also has the right to cancel your membership and/or subscription, in the event that you adopt any policy that may be interpreted as a misuse, including, but not limited to: frequently repeating the deed of ordering and cancelling, and/or failure to pay upon receipt, and/or repeating ordering unwanted products.
15- Cookies: "WININ" application uses cookies as a defining file for the first party drivers (A cookie is a small file that can be placed on your device that allows us to recognize you, and enables you to access our website/application). We also may use third party’s cookies.
16- Third-Party’s Website: This Privacy and Cookie Policy does not apply to third party websites to which our Website and/or our application may lead. We are not liable for the practices of these websites and what comes in their privacy and cookie policies. Furthermore, we are not liable for any information that you provide to these websites through our website and/or the “WININ” application. Therefore, please make sure to read these websites' privacy and cookie policies separately to make sure it’s appropriate for your use.
17- By logging-in and/or continuing to access the “WININ” application, you agree to this Policy and all of its provisions and/or amended terms - and accordingly, in the event of not agreeing to these terms and/or their amendments - we ask you to please stop using the “WININ” application.
18- Your Information may be stored and processed in any country other than the state of your residence, where we have facilities, and by using the “WININ” application, the Services or the Website you consent to transfer your Information to other countries, of which may be outside the country of your residence or origin and may provide for different and less stringent data protection rules than in your country. If you object to your Information being transferred or used as described in this Policy, please refrain from using the “WININ” application, or any of the Services or the Website and immediately delete all Applications from your User Devices.
